I emphasize the need for better global versus regional PM dynamics, noting potential missed opportunities due to geographic and economic differences. I advocate for balancing checkpoints to avoid excessive bureaucracy that could stall product updates.

I debate differences between Upstream/Downstream and Total Product Life Cycle models. No matter what structure, it’s crucial to provide tools to manage short-term issues while maintaining long-term strategic focus. I observe the scaling and prioritization of recurring issues across departments. It’s important to align, communicate, and provide visibility between Product Management and Product Management operations for effective collaboration.
